A few things to know.

How does the email request work?

Enter your name, phone, community and appliance problem, then choose Open email request. Send the draft in your email app. If it does not open, select and copy your prepared request into an email to info@abcappliance.ca, or call ABC. The form does not send anything, and ABC confirms appointments separately.

Can I call without knowing the model number?

Yes. Call 236-600-0300 with the appliance, symptom and community. Share the model number when available so ABC can assess product eligibility and prepare for the request.
